Canadian company Mission Control Space Services was the top pick of ArianeGroup and Airbus Ventures in the New Space category

The Hello Tomorrow Global Summit, held on 16–20 November 2020, identified the most promising start-up companies in a range of different fields.

ArianeGroup, represented by Chief Technical Officer Hervé Gilibert, awarded the New Space category prize to Canadian start-up Mission Control Space Services, Inc.

Mission Control Space Services develops software for robotics (lunar and Martian missions, for example) and embedded systems for spaceflight with a focus on mission operations, on-board autonomy, and artificial intelligence. Founded in 2015, the company recently received a $470,000 contract from the Canadian Space Agency.

The Hello Tomorrow Global Summit jury was made up of representatives from the European Space Agency, NASA, Airbus Venures, Seraphim Capital, and ArianeGroup.
