Meet ArianeGroup at ILA Berlin 2026

ILA Berlin is a key event for ArianeGroup and its subsidiaries Arianespace, Pyroalliance and MaiaSpace. Held every two years, this leading aerospace trade show brings together the industry’s foremost stakeholders. With some 95,000 visitors attending the previous event, it ranks among Europe’s largest aerospace exhibitions. ArianeGroup will once again have a strong presence at the event this year.

Much has happened since ILA Berlin 2024, beginning with Ariane 6, which has since successfully completed its inaugural flight and demonstrated its reliability and versality across a range of missions.

Europe’s Access to Space – and Beyond

For more than 40 years, Ariane has provided Europe with independent access to space. With Ariane 6, ArianeGroup is ensuring that this capability continues well into the future. Designed to serve all orbital destinations and support a wide range of missions, the launcher will remain competitive over the long term thanks to its adaptability. At the same time, MaiaSpace is developing Maia, a reusable launcher designed to deliver small payloads to orbit.

ArianeGroup benefits from a unique dual footprint across the civil and defence space sectors, treating them not as separate activities but as complementary lines of business. Whether in space situational awareness (SSA), hypersonic systems or launch vehicles, the expertise and experience gained over decades are closely interconnected. This dual positioning is precisely what ArianeGroup will be showcasing at ILA Berlin 2026.

Key Exhibits at the ArianeGroup Stand

Launchers: The Franco-German company will showcase its broad expertise in launch systems with scale models of Ariane 6, the Maia reusable launcher and the M51 ballistic missile.

Defence Systems: Visitors will also be able to discover the Helix space situational awareness system, the SyLEx sounding rocket family, the V-MAX hypersonic glider demonstrator and the ground-based tactical ballistic missile (MBT) project.

Products, Equipment & Services: This area highlights the breadth of ArianeGroup’s technological portfolio, ranging from the Astris kick stage and the Prometheus engine to chemical and electric satellite propulsion systems, as well as solid propulsion systems and tanks. The stand will also showcase ArianeGroup’s expertise in ceramic matrix composites, which provide robust and innovative solutions for a range of subsystems.

Arianespace, MaiaSpace and Pyroalliance will also be represented on the ArianeGroup stand, showcasing complementary products and services from across the Group. As in previous years, experts from the various entities will be on hand throughout the event to meet visitors and deliver regular presentations on a range of topics.
