Ariane 5 launched the last European ATV, an unmanned cargo vessel, to resupply the International Space Station. The ATV carried 6.6 tonnes of experiments, parts, clothing, food, fuel, oxygen and water for the only people living in space ! Here's a view of it being loaded before launch.
