This edition highlights the strong commitment of teams across the company. Many employees contributed to its preparation and continue to play a key role in achieving the Group’s sustainability objectives.

The report also showcases the societal benefits ArianeGroup brings to citizens’ daily lives –particularly in terms of sovereignty – as well as the space sector’s contribution to environmental protection.

Finally, it details the concrete actions undertaken by ArianeGroup to reduce the impact of its operations, in line with its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy: space for the environment, space for humanity, and space for progress.

Key results include:

  • More than 25% of ArianeGroup’s electricity consumption now comes from renewable sources, driven by the large-scale deployment of photovoltaic installations.
  • An internal carbon price has been introduced to better assess the climate impact of investments.
  • All sites are currently being assessed for their vulnerability to climate change.
  • The Group’s HSE/Energy/Climate Performance System is now certified as equivalent to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, and has been deployed across all sites, including Pyroalliance.
  • Energy consumption has decreased by 23% since 2017, on a like-for-like basis.
  • Progress continues on integrating eco-design into Group programmes, notably at MaiaSpace for the Maia launch vehicle.
  • The share of women in the workforce is increasing, with women now representing one-third of apprentices and interns.
  • The Gender Parity Index has reached 90 out of 100.
  • 100% of employees in high-risk positions have completed compliance and anti-corruption training.
